Business Plan Development
We'll work with your team to develop a one (1) year formalized, and action-oriented business plan that is a byproduct of the overall strategic plan. The end result will be formatted as an annual guide with tactical initiatives and timelines to meet short-term goals and set your business up for long-term success. Financial targets and benchmarks will be developed in collaboration with the client.
Option 1: Addendum to Strategic Plan - this one-year plan can be developed as an addendum to the strategic plan if less detail is requested – it offers the big picture for the coming year without specific timelines and accountable parties.
Option 2: Stand-alone Business Plans – this plan will be developed in a small binder with tactical initiatives detailed with responsible parties, timelines, and financial benchmarks by quarter.
