S&V will assist with a focus on employee relations inclusive of enhanced internal communication, development of a program to show employees are valued, development of a plan to improve perception of workplace safety, and can assist the client's HR team with developing of tools and programs (ex: performance appraisals, development of a wage/salary program to assure internal and external equity, assessment of employee turnover, performing 360 survey of employees to develop turnover reduction plan, training on coaching and counseling, development of personnel handbook, policies & procedures, and/or orientation program to assure compliance with regulatory agencies.
