An organization can find it hard to build and then retain a good team of working professionals without effective Human Resources. The key functions of the Human Resources Management team includes recruiting quality personnel, orientation, performance appraisals, to name but a few. Assurance of effective employee relations is KEY to any business or organization. Satisfied employees result in satisfied patients. HCAHP scores can improve exponentially with an effective EMPLOYEE Relations program.
S&V can assist with a focus on employee relations inclusive of enhanced internal communication, development of a program to show employees are valued, development of a plan to improve perception of workplace safety, and can assist the client's HR department with development of HR tools and programs (ex: Performance appraisals, development of a wage & salary program to assure internal and external equity, assessment of employee turnover performing 360 survey of current employees to develop plan to address turnover, management training on coaching and counseling, development of personnel handbook, policies & procedures, and/or orientation program to assure compliance with regulatory agencies, as well as a grievance program).
