Physician – Hospital Alignment

S&V can also help clients in assessing viable options to engage new and retain existing physicians.  Our team of experts, with insightful experience in physician-hospital relationships, will assist client in developing a strong physician alignment strategy.  This strategy will assess all opportunities including recruitment needs, co-management opportunities, service line strategies focused on the positioning of physician champions, as well as marketing strategies for these service lines with a focus on physicians.  

S&V will assist client in facilitating a Physician Strategic Meeting which will entail physicians assisting Administration to develop a physician SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats) and based on their listings, develop a plan to address needed actions.

We can also provide a broad range of communications and marketing/public relations services to help keep your target audiences, both internal and external, informed.
