Operational Turnarounds

S&V’s team will help to evaluate the performance of various departments and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and hardwire systems and product/service flow to assure efficiency and high quality.  

The S&V team will meet with the client to thoroughly understand desired results, then outline a plan for the desired assessment.   Normally this meeting entails a two- to three-day on location assessment that results in a detailed written plan for improvement.   

Assessment for the development of new product lines falls under this S&V service.  A product specific business plan with pro forma will be developed to provide situation analysis of the market and competition, to identify resources, formulate a marketing plan, and to create an operational plan and a financial plan inclusive of required capital investment with ROI.   S&V will provide timelines with benchmarks for success, so  client can make an informed decision regarding product-specific development.   

Financial Turnaround: 

S&V will meet with the client to assess their individualized needs, then will provide a list of possible services which could be brought into use to address any issues with billing, charge masters, collections, etc.
